Applies to: This publication applies to all aeromedical crewmembers assigned or attached to the 514th Air Mobility Wing (514 AMW).
Medications will be inventoried monthly by either a disinterested officer or senior noncommissioned officer appointed by the unit commander in the presence of the squadron pharmaceuticals nurse. (paragraph 2)
The administration of any controlled drug to any patient will be annotated on AF Form 579, Controlled Substances Register. (paragraph 2)
Document patient medications and treatments. (paragraph 2)
Distribute comfort items and provide fluids every two hours if not contraindicated. (paragraph 2)
