It implements AFPD 11-2 and extends flight manual guidance for Air Education and Training Command units, certain Reserve and Guard units, and associated personnel. It establishes supplement coordination, waiver, records, and change-submission requirements.
Applies to: This supplement applies to all Air Education and Training Command (AETC) units.
Each unit will coordinate its supplement with 19th Air Force Standardization and Evaluation (Stan/Eval) Division (19 AF/A3V) before publication.
Ensure all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to Air Force Instruction 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the publication OPR for non-tiered compliance items.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the office of primary responsibility (OPR) using the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route DAF Forms 847 from the field through command Stan/Eval channels to the 19 AF/A3V via email to 19af.dov@us.af.mil.
