How must AETC units coordinate a supplement before publication?

Each unit will coordinate its supplement with 19th Air Force Standardization and Evaluation (Stan/Eval) Division (19 AF/A3V) before publication.

How must records generated under the AETC supplement be handled?

Ensure all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to Air Force Instruction 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.

How are waiver requests submitted for non-tiered compliance items?

Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the publication OPR for non-tiered compliance items.
