Enter additional training or “None” (if “None” then the Ground and Flight annotations not required). (paragraph 2)
Enter additional comments (to include Commendable areas/subareas) or “None.” (paragraph 2)
The FCIF item should be limited to one or two pages in length. (paragraph 3)
Additional supporting background documentation should be included in attachments or references. (paragraph 3)
