It amends grading, trend tracking, Stan Eval organization, SELO duties, temporary AF Form 8 processing, FEF procedures, and supplementary evaluations. The publication requires trend monitoring, electronic information-file management, no-notice evaluations, and deployment coordination.
Applies to: It applies to all 2d Bomb Wing (2 BW) assigned/attached aircrew performing flying duties on 2 BW assigned aircraft.
Waivers to this supplement will be requested through the applicable Operations Group Standardization and Evaluation (OG/OGV) section for OG/CC approval, and considered Tier-3 unless otherwise specified in this instruction.
The 2 OG/CC’s goal is to no-notice evaluate 10% (minimum 5%) of combat mission ready (CMR) and basic mission capable (BMC) crewmembers by crew position annually.
Prior to deployment to a Forward Operating Location (FOL), the Chief of OGV and the deploying SQ/CC will appoint a Deployed Chief of OGV.
The trend program will use a combination of PEX evaluation/testing reports and a locally-developed database to track discrepancies and missed exam questions.
