It covers emergency response, CBRN preparedness, infrastructure recovery, mass care, fatality management, DSCA, and continuity of MEFs. It requires active shooter exercises, emergency procedures testing, CBRN training currency, and specified protective equipment.
Applies to: This supplement applies to all 375th Air Mobility Wing (375 AMW) units and all tenant units assigned to SAFB.
Installations must conduct a minimum of two active shooter exercises each calendar year.
Expeditiously issue and replace chemical protective overgarment (CPO) equipment to all HTA assigned personnel regardless of status in the increased event of a CBRN attack. (paragraph 2-1)
EMACs are not to be used for the coordination, deployment, and/or utilization of military equipment or personnel. (paragraph 10-2)
The IEMP 10-2 must address the following types of responses: immediate response, MAAs, 10-day rule, and Presidential declarations. (paragraph 10-801)
Individuals who undergoing a permanent change of station to a HTA/MTA (see Table 4.6), must be current in both the CBRN Defense Awareness and the CBRN Defense Survival Skills before departure and will be considered current for the duration of the assignment (less than 24 months). (paragraph 5)
