It addresses ACC participation in Service, Joint Service, and Combatant Commander exercises, including exercise coordination, sourcing, and management products. The publication establishes the Exercise Coordination Working Group and includes mandatory compliance requirements for Attachment 4 and prescribed records management.
Applies to: This supplement applies to Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC) and ACC subordinate units to include ACC Numbered Air Forces (NAF), ACC Wings, ACC-assigned or attached ANG, and ACC-assigned or attached AFRC units.
If this publication conflicts with Department of Defense (DoD) or Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) guidance and policy, then the DoD and/or CJCS guidance and policy will take precedence.
The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-0, T-1, T-2, T-3”) number following the compliance statement.
Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Information Management System Records Disposition Schedule.
