The publication addresses Defense Readiness Reporting System use, readiness reporting, Designed Operational Capability statements, Total Force Associations, and supplements. It includes requirements for assessments, continuity binders, group reporting, deployed asset availability, commander assessments, PCTEF levels, and assessment timelines.
Applies to: This publication applies to all civilian and uniformed members of the regular Air Force (RegAF), Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve (AFR), with some exceptions noted within this publication or in the ANG and or AFR supplement.
Compliance with the attachments in this publication is mandatory.
Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) is a classified system, compliance with the most current DRRS Security Classification Guide is mandatory.
Requests for waivers must be submitted through the chain of command to the appropriate tier waiver approval authority, or if a non-tiered requirement, to the publication Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) AFGSC Defense Readiness Reporting Office (AFGSC/A3OR) for consideration.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Instruction 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
