All AFGSC JLTV operators must be trained, evaluated, certified, and licensed prior to operating a JLTV IAW AFGSCI 24-308, Joint Light Tactical Vehicle Operation, AFI 24-301, Ground Transportation and AFMAN 24-306, Operation of Air Force Government Motor Vehicle. (paragraph 90-161)

How long do units have to implement the procedures?

Units have 90 days from the date of publication to fully implement all procedures. (paragraph 90-161)

What documentation verifies completion of JLTV training and evaluation?

Upon completion of the operator's training and evaluation, both the trainer and certifier will verify completion by submitting an AF Form 1768, which is provided as reference attachments in this AFGSCI. (paragraph 24-301)
