Applies to: This instruction applies to all military and civilian members of the United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Reserve (AFR) and Air National Guard (ANG) upon mobilization, and/or AFGSC-led classic AFRC and ANG associations as well as those with contractual obligation to comply with Air Force (AF) publications.
Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed IAW the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR), AFGSC/A4MQ, using the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Product.
