The WOC serves as the focal point for all missile complex planning, mission execution, and monitoring.
The WOC is composed of the following core members: WOC Director, WOC Deputy Director, Chief of CUOPS, Chief of FUOPS, and Security Manager.
The primary mission of CUOPS is to monitor, and track all operations occurring in, or affecting the ICBM Missile Complex.
FUOPS develops a Missile Wing Forecast, Long Range Plans, Weekly Schedule, and Daily Schedules that present a comprehensive view of missile wing operations to the Missile Wing Commander (MW/CC).
Units have 90 days from the date of publication to fully implement all procedures.
