The 316 WG is the host wing for JBA and provides support for four wings, three headquarters, and over 80 tenant organizations. (paragraph 1)
Requests to change the organizational structure of 316 WG must be made in accordance with AFI 38-101, Manpower and Organization through HQ AFDW/A1. (paragraph 2)
Provides mission-ready Airmen for world-wide contingency operations, AEF deployments, Homeland Support, Civil Support, National Special Security Events (NSSEs), and designated special/ceremonial events. (paragraph 3)
Provides quality-of-life, human resource management, maintenance of facilities, fire protection, community services, logistics management, contracting, and crisis action planning and response. (paragraph 3)
Provides financial advice, cost and economic analysis, and services including budget requirements, execution, and accounting to wing organizations and tenant units. (paragraph 3)
