It covers aircrew evaluations, evaluation requisites, pilot and weapons system officer evaluations, grading areas, and emergency procedure evaluations. It requires flight examiners to use the publication’s criteria and conduct evaluations in accordance with AFMAN 11-202V2.
Flight examiners (FE) will conduct all T-7 aircrew evaluations according to the provisions of this publication in accordance with AFMAN 11-202V2.
To ensure standard and objective evaluations, FEs must become thoroughly familiar with the prescribed evaluation criteria.
Examinees will brief the planned maneuver parameter for maneuvers which have published guidance that contains on a minimum, maximum, or recommended parameter (e.g., altitudes, airspeeds, angle of attack (AOA) and approach angle for approaches, and precautionary flame-out (PFO) landing parameters).
