Applies to: This manual establishes standard operational procedures applicable to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve associate instructor pilots (IPs) and combat systems officers (CSOs) operating the T-1A.

Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternatively, to the OPR for non-tiered compliance items.
Maintain a local copy of all approved waivers associated with this publication.
