With the exception of personnel participating in an AETC Total Force Association agreement, this supplement does not apply to Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) or Air National Guard (ANG) components.
Units will coordinate local supplements to this instruction through the 19 AF Graduate Training Division prior to publication and forward a copy to this publication’s office of primary responsibility (OPR) after publication.
Submit suggested changes to this instruction to the OPR on AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication.
