AETCI13-101V3 establishes procedures for operations personnel, squadron standards, waivers, and the Squadron Duty Officer program. It prescribes the use of AF Form 4145 or a MAJCOM-approved equivalent and AF Form 4146.

Applies to: It applies to all personnel, commanders, operations supervisors, and instructors and students (initial qualification training [IQT], graduate, and undergraduate) assigned or attached to the unit performing battle management duties at AETC units.

When are waivers changing the intent of the policy authorized?

Waivers that change the intent of the policy outlined in this instruction are not authorized without AETC/A2/3/10 (T-2) approval.

How must AETC units coordinate waiver requests?

AETC units will coordinate waivers through AETC/A3V.

What must each unit establish for mission execution expectations?

To ensure unit personnel are familiar with the DO’s mission execution expectations for students and cadre, each unit will establish and publish Squadron Standards. (paragraph 8)
