As 1 AF (AFNORTH and AFSPACE)/CC, ensure assigned, and/or attached Air Force Forces (AFFOR) are combat ready to conduct full-spectrum air sovereignty, homeland defense (HD), civil support (CS), security cooperation (SC), and space support operations. (paragraph 1)
