The publication covers pilot, remote pilot, mission, instructor, formal course, instrument, qualification, and emergency procedure evaluations. It establishes grading areas, evaluation criteria, re-currency and documentation requirements, and simulator use for evaluations.
Applies to: It applies to all assigned aircrew under Air Combat Command (ACC) authority, including Air Force Reserve (AFR) or Air National Guard (ANG) personnel that operate QF-16 aircraft.

The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this publication are at the 53d Weapons Evaluation Group Commander (53 WEG/CC) level delegable to the 82d Aerial Targets Squadron Commander (82 ATRS/CC).
Ensure that all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are adhere to AFI 33322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule which is located in the Air Force Information Management System.
