Aircrews will consult the web-based airfield database maintained by Air Mobility Command Airfield Sustainability Branch (AMC/A3AS) and comply with the Global Decision Support System 2 (GDSS2)/ Airfield Suitability and Restrictions Report (ASRR) for updates to airfield operability, weight bearing capacity, and Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) reviews. (paragraph 3)
ACs will ensure navigation planning documents and charts are available during flight IAW Table 5.2. (paragraph 3)
Each pilot must operate with either electronic (Display Unit or Electronic Flight Bag) or paper charts. (paragraph 3)
Use of electronic maps does not relieve pilots from their responsibility to thoroughly brief all routes, pertinent obstacles, applicable airfield approach control frequencies in the vicinity of class A/B/C/D airspace, intersection of other Visual Routes/Instrument Routes (if applicable), and any other possible areas of conflicts. (paragraph 3)
Carry operations products on all sorties either digitally or physically based on mission requirements. (paragraph 3)
