Applies to: This publication applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, the Air Force Reserve, and the Air National Guard.
All evaluations will be conducted IAW the provisions of AFMAN 11-202V2, AFMAN 11-202V2_ACCSSUP, Aircrew Standardization and Evaluation Program, and this volume.
Waiver authority for this publication is the 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group Commander (53 WEG/CC) and may be delegated to the 82d Aerial Targets Squadron (82 ATRS/CC).
Flight examiners (FEs) will use the evaluation criteria contained in this instruction for conducting all flight and emergency procedure evaluations (EPEs).
Recording devices, such as the Target Control System (TCS) recording should be used when available to reconstruct/evaluate the mission.
The FE will brief the examinee on the evaluation purpose, conduct and the evaluation areas prior to flight.
