ACCI99-101 covers operational, force development, tactics development, joint, and other Test and Evaluation activities. It addresses test tasking and prioritization, operational test terminology, agile software development, cybersecurity, and evaluation methodology for Middle Tier Acquisition.
Applies to: This instruction applies to Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and Air National Guard (ANG) units and members conducting testing in support of ACC and the CAF.
ACC is the lead- command for conducting Combat Air Forces (CAF) T&E that require the use of assets under the purview of ACC.
Test units involved in ACC T&E may supplement this instruction; however, draft supplements must be submitted to ACC/A5T for review and approval.
ACC/A5/8/9 and ACC/A3 are the waiver authorities for ACCI 99-101 unless otherwise noted.
