It addresses basing actions, beddown processes, command and MAJCOM programming processes, signatures, security classification, and electronic publication. It requires coordination, documentation, reporting, records disposition, and compliance with prescribed waiver and supplement procedures.
Applies to: This publication does not apply to Air Reserve Component, Air National Guard, or United States Space Force units.
AFSVC/SVI must be included in any requirement for Services coordination.
Ensure all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the requestor’s commander for non-tiered compliance items.
HQ ACC/A5/8B is the sole approval and release authority for ACC PPlans and PMsgs.
