The publication addresses maintenance concepts, communications security and controlled cryptographic item accountability, environmental compliance, information systems, repair priorities, and organizational responsibilities. It requires compliance with the instruction and establishes procedures for records, waivers, and local supplements.
Applies to: It applies to all personnel assigned to the AFTAC, its detachments and individual mobilization augmentees, except for the 21 SURS/Det 1.
Ensure all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System. Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority, or alternately, to the publication OPR for non-tiered compliance items. (paragraph 1)
Units may publish a single supplement to consolidate local policies mandated by this instruction. (paragraph 1)
