Applies to: This publication applies to all Air Combat Command (ACC), AF Reserve (AFR), Air National Guard (ANG), and third-party governmental and contract support agencies serving as crewmembers in accordance with (IAW) appropriate provisions contained in memoranda, support agreements, and AF contracts.
The CIF item should be limited to one or two pages in length. (paragraph 3)
Additional supporting background documentation should be included in attachments or references. (paragraph 3)
Waiver authority for non-tiered paragraphs remains with ACC Director of Operations (ACC/A3).
Submit requests for waivers through the chain of command to the appropriate Tier waiver approval authority.
A grade of Q- with corrective training or a U in any area will require an overall rating of "3." (paragraph 5)
