What must formal training units place in a student's training record?

Formal training units place a copy of all waivers, deferrals, equivalent training substitutions and deviations in the student’s training record and provide a copy to the syllabus office of primary developmental responsibility (paragraph 3.3.2.2.3.5).

How must records created under ACCI11-252 be handled?

Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Information Management System Records Disposition Schedule.
