It establishes requirements for ACC formal operations training development and outlines the integration process for agencies developing or requesting operations training courseware. It includes procedures for syllabus review boards, graduate evaluation reports, courseware approval, and graduate evaluation questionnaires.
Applies to: This instruction applies to all ACC organizations that conduct formal operations training or formal OTD under an ACC/A3 approved syllabus.
OTD Teams are tasked by ACC/A3 to initiate, develop, distribute as applicable, and maintain courseware (including Augmented and Virtual Reality) that provides formal operations training for ACC FTUs. (paragraph 4)
The FAM establishes requirements, sets the initial development philosophy, generates standards, and ensures configuration requirements are maintained. (paragraph 4)
The OTD Team Lead is the approval authority for all courseware except CBTs intended for CAF-wide distribution. CAF-wide CBTs will be approved by the ACC TRSS/CC. (paragraph 4)
All courseware will be developed following the ISD process. (paragraph 4)
The survey window is three to six months after graduation. (paragraph 7)
