It covers work acceptance, requirements definition, planning, project folders, classified or sensitive projects, scheduling, resources, costs, and risk. It recommends processes and procedures for project management personnel and addresses records created by those processes.
Applies to: This handbook is a “how to” guide and applies predominantly to all Project Engineers (PE) and Project Managers (PM) but may be used by other personnel supporting test and training/exercise projects within the 96 TW.
While non-directive, project management personnel should comply with these recommended processes and procedures as described herein to the maximum extent possible for best success.
Always consult the Office of Primary Responsibility for subject matter expertise and official guidance in regard to finance, safety, security and application.
Ensure that all records created because of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
