Train commanders and all members regarding their AF IG complaint resolution rights and responsibilities, the AF Complaint Resolution Process, and fraud, waste, and abuse prevention. (paragraph 1)
Ensure uninhibited access to the AF Complaints Resolution Process for all personnel. (paragraph 2)
Facilitate timely and thorough complaint analysis/investigation and resolution to ensure concerns of complainants and best interest of the AF are addressed -- return focus to accomplishing the mission. (paragraph 3)
Alert commanders to systemic morale and ethical problems within the unit to assist in preserving standards of AF culture, professionalism, and mission effectiveness. (paragraph 4)
