Applies to: This instruction pertains to all personnel operating a vehicle on the MSP ARS and areas under its jurisdictional control.
Failure to do so will result in a revocation of driving privileges for a minimum of 12 months. (paragraph 2)
There are two types of tickets issued on the MSP ARS. The DD Form 1408, Armed Forces Traffic Ticket and US District Court Violation Notice (USDCVN). (paragraph 2)
Immediately upon receipt, the violator must report to the BDOC in Bldg. 709 to complete the ticket. (paragraph 2)
Violators may rebut a citation by reporting to 934 SFS/S5L within 5 duty days. (paragraph 2)
Revocation of driving privileges for one year will be considered by the commander. (paragraph 2)
