All Wyoming One- Call requests will be made by the Base Civil Engineer’s Requirements and Optimization section.
When signed by 90 CES/CEO or 90 CES/CEN Flight Chief or delegated authority, the form is valid for 14 calendar days and excavation may begin. (paragraph 3-18)
Original signed AF IMT 103 or a copy of the signed original must remain on site at all times during excavation. (paragraph 3-18)
YELLOW - Gas, oil, petroleum or gaseous materials. (paragraph 3-18)
If work is to exceed the initial 14 calendar days, the requester must renew digging permit for an additional 14 calendar days. (paragraph 3-18)
