What support does WHNS provide during a crisis or war?

WHNS assists the Commander, USFK, in providing timely combat support (CS) and combat service support (CSS) resources for the reception, staging, onward movement, and sustainment of US forces in the event of a crisis, hostility, or war. (paragraph 1)
