It establishes monthly, quarterly, and annual award categories for personnel assigned to the wing. It sets eligibility standards, nomination deadlines, selection responsibilities, and requirements for award recognition and presentation.
Applies to: It applies to officers, enlisted, and civilian personnel assigned to the 655 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW).
Complies with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 36-2903, Dress and Personal Appearance of Air Force Personnel, Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 36-2905, Air Force Physical Fitness Program (must have a current and passing fitness score during the entire award period), and AFI 36-2670, Total Force Development.
Member will be considered in the category of competition for the grade they held for the majority of the award period (i.e., more than half of the time period of the award).
An appropriate memento (e.g., coin, plaque, certificate, etc.) will be presented to all monthly, quarterly, and annual award winners no later than two regularly scheduled UTA weekends after the official notification, as mission allows.
Nominations received after the suspense date will not be considered, with the exception of extenuating circumstances, as determined on a case-by-case basis by Wing CC, Wing CCM, or Wing Exec.
