Applies to: The following provisions apply to all MLC/IHA employees.
Employees shall put forth honest effort in the performance of their duties.
Employees are prohibited from purchasing or receiving items for the purpose of resale, the production of income, trade, barter, transfer, delivery, pawning or otherwise disposing of items which have been exempt from customs duties under Article XI of the Status of Forces Agreement between the Government of the United States and Japan.
