ARC Healthcare Provider BLS (or equivalent course based on published national guidelines for BLS) certification is required for all 59 MDW military members, civilians, contract personnel, and volunteers IAW AFI 44-102, Medical Care Management and DHA-PM 6025.13, Clinical Quality Management in the Military Health System, Volume 4.
