Committee chairs will start each meeting with a "patient safety moment" as an enabler in communicating a culture of safety across the enterprise, to reinforce that safety is leader’s top priority, and a core value that cannot be compromised. (paragraph 3)
The 59 MDW has adopted Team-STEPPS “as the way we do business.” (paragraph 3)
The BOD is the decision making authority on policy for 59 MDW. (paragraph 3)
Convene at the intervals or frequency indicated in their applicable committee charter. (paragraph 3)
Complete minutes within 10 workdays following the meeting. (paragraph 3)
