552ACWI36-2801 defines participating organizations, quarterly and annual award categories, Key Spouse recognition, and board composition. It requires eligibility standards, nomination documents and limits, selection procedures, and approval of winners.
Applies to: It applies to all personnel, civilian and military, assigned to the 552 ACW.
Each group may submit one enlisted, officer, and civilian nominee per category to the 552 ACW’s quarterly awards board. (paragraph 1)
Uniformed nominees must not have had an open Unfavorable Information File (UIF), referral EPR/OPR, quality force indicator (LOC, LOR, etc.) during the nomination period. (paragraph 5)
Uniformed nominees must meet fitness standards IAW AFI 36-2905, Fitness Program during the nomination period. (paragraph 5)
The nomination will cover only the period for which the award is submitted. (paragraph 5)
Quarterly awards are limited to 10 lines (including header lines) (Attachment 8). Annual awards are limited to 18 lines (including header lines) (Attachment 9). (paragraph 5)
