How is access to a system account requested?

Require users that need an account on one or more systems administered within 552 ACNS/SCOO to request access from the servicing administration team in building 284, where they will receive full documentation and guidance on completion. (paragraph 1)

What happens to accounts during PCS, PCA, retirement, or separation?

Require an entry on the unit’s out processing sheet for users PCS'ing, PCA’ing, retiring, separating, etc., to out-process with 552 ACNS/SCOO to delete their account(s). (paragraph 1)

Monitor systems for account inactivity. Suspend inactive accounts after 90 days of inactivity. Delete accounts after 1 year of inactivity. (paragraph 1)
