Applies to: This Instruction implements DAFMAN 10-206, Operational Reporting and the Air Mobility Command’s (AMC) Supplement, DAFI 10-701, Operations Security and DAFMAN 10-207, Command Posts for all personnel assigned to or operating under the 515th Air Mobility Operations Wing (AMOW).
OPREP-3s will have the synchronous (initial) report submitted with a goal of being transmitted within 15 minutes of an event occurring with the exception of the Pinnacle Report “NUCFLASH,” which has a 5 minute requirement. (paragraph 2)
The asynchronous report (sometimes referred to as the hard copy report) will be submitted within 1 hour. (paragraph 2)
DAF CCIRs will have the synchronous (initial) report submitted with a goal of being transmitted within 30 minutes. (paragraph 2)
The asynchronous report (sometimes referred to as the hard copy report) will be submitted within 4 hours. (paragraph 2)
AMC CCIRs will have an abbreviated statement or initial report due within 30 minutes and the asynchronous report due within 4 hours. (paragraph 1)
