The publication covers ART history, structure, services and eligibility, space utilization, and physical, mental, and religious support team operations. Compliance is mandatory, and records generated from prescribed processes must follow Air Force records management and disposition requirements.
Applies to: This publication applies to all uniformed members and civilian employees of the 480 ISRW staff offices and subordinate units.
The ART is a multidisciplinary, cross-functional team of embedded professionals assigned to a line unit with the mission of optimizing resiliency; improving physical, mental and spiritual health; assessing organizational culture; and ultimately improving the performance of unit personnel across all ranks.
Ensure all records generated as a result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program, and are disposed in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule, which is located in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
Unless otherwise specified in this instruction, the 480 ISRW/CC is the waiver authority for this instruction.
