All wildlife strikes to aircraft will be reported to 3 WG/SEF using the “Report a Wildlife (BASH) Strike” feature in the SAFEREP app or on the website (https://saferep.safety.af.mil), or the Air Force (AF) Form 853, Air Force Wildlife Strike Report IAW DAFMAN 91-223. (paragraph 1)
If a bird hazard exists, notify AMOPS (3 OSS/OSAA), the Supervisor of Flying (SOF), 3 Operations Group Standardization and Evaluation (3 OG/OGV)), or the Tower Supervisor (3 Operations Support Squadron Airfield - Tower (3 OSS/OSAT)). (paragraph 2)
