Applies to: It applies to all 36 Wing personnel and Air Reserve Component personnel on active duty orders deployed to AAFB.
By direction of the 36 WG/CC, the 36 MDG/CC assumes the role of DBMS for AAFB with responsibility for meeting the medical requirements of all DoD units on Andersen AFB. (paragraph 1)
Develops comprehensive plan utilizing all available medical assets to accomplish the medical mission on AAFB. This will include medical care for the base population, routine emergency response, mass casualty, Emergency Medical Event (EME), response plans, Aerospace Medicine Program (AMP), evacuation of casualties, and coordination with other DoD Medical Assets on Guam, and civilian agencies. (paragraph 1)
Medical care at AAFB will be rendered within 36 MDG facilities. (paragraph 1)
In accordance with established medical standards, there will be no flight-line clinics or practice of medicine anywhere outside of the 36 MDG without prior coordination with the DBMS (36 MDG/CC). (paragraph 1)
