Military nominees with any negative quality force indicators at any time during the award period are not eligible.
First Sergeants will be nominated by their unit to the group they are assigned to as of the nomination date and must have held the 8F000 Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) for a minimum of 6 months during the award period. (paragraph 6)
