Unit commanders must appoint a primary and alternate SA in writing and provide a copy to 36 WG/IP. (paragraph 1)
Complete all training within 90 days of appointment. (paragraph 3)
Cleared personnel must pass with a minimum score of 80%. (paragraph 3)
Document the training for both cleared and uncleared personnel so it is available for review during evaluations and inspections. (paragraph 3)
Commanders will appoint a primary and alternate SCC to maintain oversight for each security container, open storage area or vault. (paragraph 3)
