Operational control of Draughon Range is exercised by the 35th Operations Group (35 OG) and implemented by the 35th Operations Support Squadron (35 OSS) as the USAF Range Operating Agency (ROA) for Draughon Range (R-130). (paragraph 2)
The 35 OSS flight scheduling section (35 OSS/OSOS) is responsible for scheduling range periods for United States Forces Japan (USFJ) and for coordinating use by Japan Air Self Defense Force (JASDF). (paragraph 2)
Draughon Range has limited firefighting capability. (paragraph 2)
While decontamination and clearance operations are active, Draughon Range will be closed and emitters located on the range property will not emanate (see 2.3.6 for further details). (paragraph 2)
Range Operations Officer (ROO) will publish a decontamination clearance plan annually by 1 October for the upcoming 12-month period. (paragraph 2)
