Applies to: It applies to all personnel operating a motor vehicle on Eielson’s airfield, and pedestrians, to include the Air National Guard (ANG).
At a minimum, the trainee must demonstrate the ability to operate a vehicle to and from their designated work areas. (paragraph 4)
I am also fully aware that no vehicle or pedestrian shall enter a runway or other controlled movement areas without approval from the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). (paragraph 8)
