Applies to: This instruction is applicable to all Air Force personnel assigned or attached to Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB).
The Project Officer is responsible for the entire reception and support process. (paragraph 3)
The pre-identified main workcenters are located in building 3080, rooms D100 and B109. (paragraph 2)
The bus and bus driver will be at the departure location at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. (paragraph 2)
The Project Officer for the Reception/In-Processing Workstation Area, in conjunction with the building’s facility manager, will ensure the area is clean and free of any miscellaneous items. (paragraph 5)
The Project Officer for the in-brief will ensure all briefers and support personnel are in place and ready NLT 30 minutes prior to start time. (paragraph 6)
