Prohibit any RF emitter from operating (cease and desist) when anticipating or resolving interference to mission essential EM equipment. (paragraph 2)
Review the installation spectrum management program and appointments annually, either in person or through documentation submitted by the Installation Spectrum Manager (ISM). (paragraph 2)
Determine spectrum supportability prior to the obligation of funds for any spectrumdependent systems procured through local purchase or government purchase card order. (paragraph 2)
Review memoranda of agreements (MOA) or memoranda of understandings (MOU) that pertain to spectrum-dependent systems with the Plans and Programs Flight (SCX), to ensure transparent support in mutual aid functions. (paragraph 2)
Provide Installation Spectrum Manager (ISM) with an appointment letter signed by the unit commander (or equivalent). At minimum, the letter will include: name/rank, unit/office, email address, and phone number. (paragraph 2)
