The publication addresses plan organization, administrative formatting, information security and classification, coordination, review, and distribution requirements. It assigns plan-management responsibilities and requires procedures for plan approval, documentation, and handling.
Provides 90 days notification to the Unit Plans Representative prior to the plans annual and/or biennial review date. The review will be initiated 90 days prior to the first day of the month the Plan was signed by the 341 MW/CC unless the parent publication defining the review states otherwise. (paragraph 2)
