Applies to: This instruction applies to personnel and agencies supporting the 30th Space Wing (30 SW) involved in the acquisition, installation, integration, test and evaluation, logistics support, operation, and maintenance of new or modified systems on the WR.
The principal objective of this instruction is to provide a uniform process to identify, approve/validate, prioritize, and manage Prime Mission Equipment (PME) requirements and deficiencies.
The Deficiency Identification and Reporting process described in this instruction is IAW TO 00-35D-54, USAF Deficiency Reporting, Investigation, and Resolution.
