All military requests for ceremonial honors will be submitted to the HG NCOIC at least 7 days before the scheduled event. (paragraph 2)
All civilian ceremonial requests will be submitted to the 30th Space Wing Public Affairs office (30 SW/PA) at least 15 days before the scheduled event. (paragraph 2)
Assignment to the HG is for a minimum term of 1 year. (paragraph 3)
Be able to meet the physical demands for performance of HG duties to include, but not limited to supporting the shared weight of a 500-pound casket with 5 other team members. (paragraph 5)
Weapons and ammunition will not be secured in a locked vehicle. (paragraph 6)
