It establishes policies and procedures for forest product sales, fishing, hunting, outdoor recreation, fish and wildlife enforcement, and cultural resources. It requires compliance with its terms and provides for punitive, administrative, criminal, and civil consequences for violations.
Applies to: This Instruction applies to all assigned, attached, associated units and personnel, including visitors and guests.
Compliance with this Instruction is mandatory and it applies directly to individuals who must comply with all its terms.
Violating its terms may result in punitive and or adverse administrative action (e.g., privilege suspension), criminal convictions and civil fines and penalties depending upon the applicable authority, including state or federal conservation laws; except for VAFB Conservation Officers and VAFB Natural Resources personnel performing their official duties.
